By registering for any course at SafetyPro Institute or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration. SafetyPro Institute reserves the right to reject any registration that is found to contain false or misleading information. A unique registration number will be assigned to each approved student, which must be retained for certificate verification purposes.
Course fees are payable in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing. Fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced unless the course is cancelled by SafetyPro Institute. In the event of cancellation by the institute, a full refund will be provided.
Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance of 80% for all scheduled classes. Behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or that violates our Anti-Ragging policy will result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund. Students must adhere to all examination rules and academic integrity standards.
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all course requirements, including examinations, practical assessments, and submission of all required assignments. Certificates remain the property of SafetyPro Institute and may be revoked in cases of fraud or misrepresentation. The institute's decision on certification is final.
SafetyPro Institute maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards ragging, bullying, harassment, or any form of discrimination. Any student found guilty of such behavior will be immediately expelled from the course. This policy applies to all students, faculty, and staff within the institute premises and at institute-related events.
All course materials, study guides, presentations, and content provided by SafetyPro Institute are protected by copyright law. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission from the institute.
SafetyPro Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific course in question.
SafetyPro Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
